Same day service, at my convenience. Professional, but very friendly service. Bill was knowledgeable and took care of our issue right away. What we liked most was that Bill seems to like his job and he likes talking with the people he's taking care of. We made a great choice and will use him again when needed.

My husband called plumber we always called. He is no longer in business, Called another plumber. This time man was on vacation. Unfortunately we could not wait ten days. Called Rooter Man on Monday. Had leaking pipes on weekend. Dave came with in hours of request and resolved the issue quickly and told us how to be sure the issue doesn't come back, Very professional.
Sewer line back up into my basement. Bill C came soon and not only fixed the problem but explained the issue and ways to prevent it. Bill was personable and knowledgeable. Thank you so much Bill - I will be singing your praises for a long while.
