David is obviously quite experienced and knowledgeable. He was also very friendly, professional and polite. I am very satisfied with his work. If I need a plumber again, I will contact Rooterman again and request that David be assigned to my job.
Bill C. was awesome; serviced my home on 5/23/16. He instantly found the clog, snaked the line, and discovered another issue I had with a separated pipe. He encouraged me to stay with him the entire time, explained to me what he was doing and why, how things worked, and answered all of the questions I had. Friendly service, great experience.
Tim M. was super friendly and provided excellent service. After my bathtub broke (the tub stopper fell into the pipes and so the tub wouldn't drain), I called RooterMan. The woman who answered was courteous and thorough when explaining their costs and services. I made an appointment for between 2-5, but since Tim finished up early with his other client he actually came over sooner. We had never used Rooter Man and didn't know what to expect. I filled out the online quote and was impressed that they were able to send someone over in less than 24 hours. Bill C was super professional and friendly. I was impressed. He took care of our clogged sinks and tub and even gave our pup a treat on his way out and the bag of candy for me and and my husband was a really nice touch. I had a great experience and will use him again if needed.

I needed help with a clogged toilet. Something had accidentally fallen in. Bill C. came and was very good telling me all the scenarios that he could run into trying to get it out and what the potential cost could be. We ended up with the best case scenario and a bill that was very reasonable. Would definetely call Rooter Man again for help!

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received. Bill explained everything to me about what he was doing, answered all my questions, and gave me great advice about some plumbing questions I had. He fixed my plumbing problem with the least amount of fuss and at a very fair price. I highly highly recommend this company. Oh, and I also got a bag of candy at the end and a couple of other items. How nice is that?! I also have to add that Bill is a super nice guy.
