I've been trying to find a replacement toilet for a hard to fill spot. David was able to find the right one, delivered it and installed it with no problems. He answered my questions and was very helpful. I plan to use Rooter Man again soon. The service is good for more than just emergency situations.

My kitchen sink was plugged. I tried plunging and using a drain cleaner with no effect. I called Rooter man at 7:30 in the morning and Bill C. was here in an hour. He explained the process and expected cost before he started. Everything went as explained and the drain was running smoothly in about 1/2 an hour.
Called Rooter Man this morning and I spoke with Tammy who was very friendly and got me an app't the same day. The tech Bill was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything to me and gave me some tips.
Such great and courteous service for an after hours call. Best plumber around! Had stopped up kitchen sink and he cleared the line in no time. Very neat job. Such a relief. And our dogs loved him, too. Very personable plumber. Would recommend him to everyone.
We had an issue in our laundry room , water overflowed from drain pipe and leaked into the wall And all over floor . Bill C came to house ( very polite and friendly) and in a matter of a few minutes had the drain pipe snaked and cleared it and back to new. Thank you.
Came within 1 1/2 hours of calling about my main drain being clogged. Was a bit pricey, but Bill C. did an excellent job, told me everything he was doing and totally cleaned up after.
Same day service. David was knowledgeable and quick and did a very neat job. I would recommend this company to others and would definitely use them again in the future.
