Today was the second time we had Rooter Man come to fix a plumbing issue. As with the first time, Tim was our plumber. He is not only very knowledgeable, he's very friendly and such a pleasure to work with. It's also a nice touch when he "sweetens our day" with a complimentary bag of candy. Overall we are very pleased with this company (and Tim). Hence why we have come back a second time!
Person who answered the phone was very helpful. Wait time for service was minimal. Bill C was extremely professional. Cleared up all the roots in my line and cleaned up the basement when he was done. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend this company!
David was professional, courteous, and mostly importantly he solved our problem. We are giving 5 stars because of David's service. Unfortunately, we had to have the weekend rate which made the cost high.
Bill C. arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He removed the roots from my sewer line relatively quickly and explained all costs involved. Would definitely use Rooterman again
