Having a plumbing issue is never fun and usually requires relatively immediate attention, yet trying to actually secure a plumber is impossible. I had a broken pipe under my kitchen sink and a sink full of dirty dish water. I called our plumber only to discover he is no longer in business. I don't know how many people I called but couldn't get anyone before Monday. Then I got a call back and was set up with Bill C. He is extremely efficient, very friendly and spent the time to explain and show me what was going on and what he needed to do to correct it. Our pipes were backing up this morning, our basement was flooded yet again and washer was filled with sewer water. I called Rooter-man through Angie’s list and less than an hour later a tech showed up. Bill is such a great person and so sweet. He fixed the problem in just a few minutes! He also gave us information on how to prevent things like this from happening again and sold us some chemicals to help with that. Can’t recommend them enough!
Bill C. was very professional and friendly. He explained all the charges and did not pressure us at all. He made sure we understood what he was doing at every step of the way and what the charges would be. The big thing is that they were able to come out to our house within a hour and stayed for close to 3 hours working on the problem. I thought that the charges were reasonable considering what had to be done.
Fast service on my schedule: I was running a bit late getting home from work and Bill C, who was running early, was waiting for me in my driveway. Work was completed quickly and professionally. He gave advice on avoiding the sewer backup issue in the future and was friendly and knowledgeable throughout the visit. Good service at a fair price.

Excellent service! Bill is great! Very polite, very clean and professional. I would highly recommend.They give cost up front before any work is done. He fixed the problem quickly and explained to me how to prevent the problem in the future.
Called Rooter Man with an emergency at 7pm and David (our hero) was here within an hour. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, quick and polite. It was actually a pleasure to have him come out! Haha I will happily spread the word about Rooter Man!
