Bill was friendly and professional. Bill identified a faulty kitchen drain that was likely causing our sink to backup. He explained our options and gave us a thorough estimate before doing the work. Completed the job quickly and cleaned up after the work was complete. I would recommend Rooter man.
Bill was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly to install a new sump pump. When I called initially, I spoke with a receptionist who scheduled me right away and my sump pump was replaced within 24 hours. Great experience from start to finish.
Same day service was unexpected but very welcome! Bill C. was very professional, and got right to the problem and had it fixed within a very short time. He was friendly, and explained what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it. I would definitely recommend Rooterman!
My main sewer line was blocked. Bill was at my house within 30 minutes of my call. He found and fixed the problem within an hour (ish). His estimate was “spot-on”. Bill came at the start of my time window, assessed the situation and let me know exactly what needed to be done. He quickly solved the problem explaining everything as he went along. I totally understood what he was doing and that made me feel less stressed. He stayed and made sure the problem was solved and fixed a part of the tub that I didn’t know needed attention.
