We've gone to Ron Tonkin for numerous cars for our family, and they have always had us driving home in something safe, reliable, affordable, and nice. The buying process has consistently been honest, fast, and to the point. We have never had to deal with any of the typical salesman behavior that makes car shopping a pain. Brought my Highlander to get an oil/engine filter/cabin filter change. The service was fast, Michael (my service advisor) was attentive, and the waiting area was excellent (free choice of coffees, comfy chairs, big tv to watch the news). I'm from out of town, so I was just passing through. I'd come back if ever I'm in town again and need service. The only negative I can think of was the lack of a complimentary car wash, but I got a free wash coupon for Washman, so it's all good. ��
I had a very positive experience here. The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about their large inventory of great cars. The transaction was swift; I didn't have to be waiting around the dealership for extended amounts of time. All in all, a pleasant experience.
