We bought our FJ and have it serviced since 2009. They've always taken good care of us.
There is the "right way" then there is the "Tonkin way". The "right way" is ordinary while the "Tonkin way" is extraordinary.
The employee's here are always great. They are fast & very good at what they do. I fee safe sending all my friends with Toyota's here.
I have just brought a new Sienna in May from this dealership. But I have felt remorse for overpaying without everything was clear or as the way was to be. The customer relationship sucks, too---reach you once, then never made a sound again. Now all my friends have knew I have brought a car from Ron Tonkin but not happy, they will not consider this dealership. Thanks for the hard lesson from Ron Tonkin Toyota, you have made my mind not to have business with you in the future.
