If you value your time, I would recommend going elsewhere to get your vehicle serviced. I had an appointment scheduled for earlier this morning (I received a confirmation text and everything). When I got there, they informed me they did not have any qualified people working today that can do the work I needed. They didn’t even give me a courtesy phone call to tell me they needed to cancel my appointment. So basically wasted 2.5 hours of my time and put over 100 miles on my car for nothing. I’ve bought several cars over the years, always used. Finally decided to take the plunge on a brand new Toyota Sienna after being SO DONE with the unexpected repairs of buying used cars. Craig Doby at Ron Tonkin Toyota was super helpful, knowledgeable, and so friendly! I got a very fair amount on my trade in, best price I could find for the Sienna from any local dealership I could find after calling around, and the service was quick! So excited for my first brand new car- and thank you to Ron Tonkin Toyota- and Craig!!
