Willy Maddox was great no stress experience
Work that was “checked “ as performed not done, told I needed a paid service that was already included in prepaid Toyota care package. When I told service member that I did not want additional service due to a time factor he took my car off rack for another customer and said “ sorry it took longer that I told you”. When I got home I had a flat tire and my fluid levels had not been replaced. My battery was corroded and wires to the positive point newly exposed. Jimmy in service was phenomenal! He was informative about the issues with my car and made recommendations for other items that needed to be fixed but that could wait a few weeks...all with no pressure! There is a closer Toyota dealership to us, but Ron Tonkin and their staff never let us down! Thank you Jimmy!

ron tonkin will sell you a car labeled as pre certified pre inspected and not hold that example. we bought a 2015 subaru outback and the motor seized 6,000 miles later. no effort to help or own the situation at all...
