Disappointing...staff fell short in problem-solving big time and blamed the customer....no longer a customer...they can do so much better and have in the past.
Just done. I have had a certified car from them for 1 year and 3 months...just had it towed from Beaverton to Gresham...and had to Uber it home with my kids because it was unsafe. This is the 6th or 7th time it will be going back to the shop:(
I just went in and had a great experience with Ravi in the service center. I spent all day trying to get my brake light changed and no one could help but Ravi jumped right in and didn't stop trying until he got the light changed even though he almost injured himself trying to get it out. He was extremely polite, helpful and professional. What a great asset for the service team!

So I guess this is the 2nd time this week I've posted about a business that's pissing me off. Thought I should refrain, but then again these companies need to be called out for what they're doing. Ron Tonkin Toyota you did it again. I purchased my car in 2004 and with it lifetime oil changes. Last week marks the 4th time the evaporator unit has been disabled in the process of a simple oil change. On one occasion it caused a failed deq test. I bought a vehicle from this dealership and all went smooth...Until it came time for me to register the car! I went to the DMV and they informed me that there was no title in their records so I called Ron Tonkin dealership and they told me they haven't received the title from the previous owner!!!! I had to pay $30 to DMV to get a moving permit to drive my car after I finally received the title after a few weeks, I once again went to DMV to register the car and they said the dealership never signed the title over to me and I... read more
