I was very pleased with the service. Bob klix was my salesman and he did a great job getting me approved and providing me with the student discount that ford offers. The customer service was amazing as he showed me all the cool little features in my new 2016 ford fusion. I recommend going to Romano and dealing with bob!
Went to look at a vehicle. .. very vague on the numbers. Wouldn't give me any numbers to take to my bank! ! Just let me get up an walk right out. . Was very interested in that vehicle to! Might have gotten a sale or should I say would have gotten a sale had tried! !
I would like to thank Sean Spencer and the General Manager of Romano. We had a situation that we were unhappy with and Sean went above and beyond to try to make it right. It is great that they cared about the customer's satisfaction. This is our second purchase with Sean and he has earned our trust for future business.
