Came in Monday, July 2nd to see if they would like to purchase a vehicle from me, After hearing their countless advertisements about “we’ll give you top dollar even if you don’t buy a vehicle from us.” Long story short I was offered $16,000 and when I came back a week later to finalize the deal, the sales manager told me “Ohhh I’m sorry, we thought you wanted to trade. We love our new Ford Explorer! We worked with Bob Klix who was very knowledgeable and professional. Screwed me, sold me an extended warranty for a commercial truck I bought there. Then when the truck needed service they wouldn’t honor the warranty because I didn’t disclose it was a delivery vehicle. I said it’s a delivery truck what did you think a was using it for.
