Terrible experience with salesman Duane Clark. Made an appointment to see two used vehicles after work at 7pm. One was supposed to be brought from another Romano lot Drove fifty miles. Came ready to buy. Both were great deals. When we got there they switched to another salesman who showed us about everything but what we came for. He then admitted the car was sold and the other one wasn't there. It had been sold earlier also. No phone or text warning. They tried to show us everything else before they gave us the bad news. Leasing a brand new Ford F150, has mechanical issues, Service department can't fix it, sales won't buy it back or make it right. Purse through Ford motor co, they also reject to make this right, all they care about is the sale of the vehicle and if you have an issue that they can't solve your on your own. I will never buy another Ford or vehicle from any Romano dealerships.
I was making the change from Chevy to Ford and found the perfect F150. Salesman Bob Klix found exactly everything I asked for in my new truck. We will definitely be coming back to buy another vehicle for my wife!!
They will sell you a car, after that your on your own. My mom bought a 2015 $30K+ Ford Explorer a few months ago to find out that one of the doors had to have been cheaply repaired because its rusting incredibly. Everything else on this car is mint showroom quality... Always be careful when buying a used car because even on a used car things may not show up like this on a car fax because people would pay a shady place for the repair to keep it off the record.
