my car was scheduled for service on recalls the company made. drop the car off at 730am and am told that we will get a phone call at 4pm to inform us of the status. 445pm rolls around and i am on hold to speak to our service guy. car wasn't looked at and i cannot be told when it will be looked at because there is one service profession available. no information on when the car will looked at or the service that will be needed and there are no loaner cars available. so for those who need to go to a ford dealership for recall ... read more

After over a year I finally got my car in for a factory recall for the airbags that can shoot metal shards into your face if they deploy... As I’m waiting almost two hours for my car to be finished, I see through the waiting room window that my car is being parked.. backing in and out of the spot numerous time as if it was trying to squeeze in between two cars, that were not there....Continue Reading
