I have never dealt with a more incompetent or unprofessional group of people than those working at Romano Ford. Discouraged me from ever buying a vehicle from them again
I bought a 2020 explorer 6 months ago. It is not shifting right and cannot be driven. When I called service, the best they could offer was an appointment in 3 weeks. When I persisted, they said I could bring it over, but no guarantees it would get looked at in a timely fashion because “it would just be added to a list”. Apparently they have no loaners to offer either. Extremely poor customer service in my opinion. This is a brand new car! Bought a 2020 Escape SE from Bob Klix. Great Deal and great vehicle. Don’t wait and miss all the specials. We also love the Gas mileage savings over our Ford Flex and still have plenty of interior room.

Took my vehicle in for a simple oil change at 15,000 miles. They tried to up sell me over the phone. I said no just do the oil change. Two hours later when I went to pick my vehicle up, they said the paperwork wasn’t done because the service guy went to lunch. Not acceptable and I will not be back for service or to buy another vehicle!
