We are one of the most historic dealerships of all makes in the U.S. Originally founded in 1912 by Sig Follestad, we began to grow as more and more roads were paved. Sig came from Norway and earned his citizenship by joining the U.S. Navy and serving four years on sailing and steam warships. Rodland Toyota has been a family owned and operated dealership for over 100 years. The only way that we have been able to be successful is through repeat and referral business and for that we thank you.

I have always been terrified of buying a car. Yesterday I did buy a Toyota RAV4 from Rodland Toyota. My salesman Taylor was absolutely wonderful. He was well informed and completely helpful. I can't say how grateful to the whole company for making the whole experience painless. I got the exact car I needed. Thank you all especially Taylor
I go back to 1991 with Toyota and my wife since 2005. Today I had an issue with the Tundra that was resolved within about 3 minutes. Thanks Rodland for making things right!!!
I went into the dealership yesterday to have paperwork done to buy out my 3 yr lease for a local bank that has already provided me with a loan. The financial service manager would not provide the necessary lease buyout letter without going through the whole loan process. Needless to say I walked out after arguing with him for about a half hour. Today I called Toyota Financial Services and within 10 minutes they gave me the buyout amount I needed and will mail me the paperwork for the bank. Thanks TFS. Poor customer service R... read more

Sales staff is friendly and know their products. A pleasant experience in purchasing our new vehicle in dealing with the sales staff and the finance department. My brief experience with the parts department found a friendly, helpful staff. My first experience with the service department was not as pleasant. I felt as though I was rushed. I pulled into the service bay and was promptly met by a service tech. He wrote down the info from the vehicle and took me to one desk, who I assume was the scheduler. I brought my Sienna in for service today. With two children ages 3 & 4 Rodland Toyota made it a great experience. Not only do they take excellent care of my vehicle they take great care of us as customers too. They gave my little girls the cutest stuffed teddy bears upon arrival and then we were greeted with cookies and juice in the waiting area. Both are currently content playing in the playroom! Thanks for another great service appointment.
Today I brought my car in for service, and I took my baby on a walk while we waited. When I got back to the dealership, I noticed the tires on my stroller were low so I asked on a whim if they would fill them up. Without hesitation they rolled us back and Julian carefully filled up our three tires. We got a few funny looks, but as we rolled away I felt so good knowing Rodland is indeed a full service dealership. Thank you Julian!

The service has been great, friendly staff, nice waiting area. My only question is usually my Camry's oil change is around $35-$45, but this time was almost $60, was the price increased since my last oil change?
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT EVERY POSSIBLE WAY, I live 2 Blocks away and have 5 Toyota's in my household, and if my cars need service I take them to Kirkland Toyota, and when my car broke down and had issues with dashboard lights and driving, John told me I would have to wait until next Tuesday afternoon before they could see my car and he had 30 app's before me and people calling in sick, no my problem. They are always helpful In the service department! They fit you in if you have an emergent need. They serve you coffee - even lattes- and snacks. They even have a "quiet room" for using your computer while your car is receiving service. They try for the best price. Would not take my Prius anywhere else!
