We are one of the most historic dealerships of all makes in the U.S. Originally founded in 1912 by Sig Follestad, we began to grow as more and more roads were paved. Sig came from Norway and earned his citizenship by joining the U.S. Navy and serving four years on sailing and steam warships. Rodland Toyota has been a family owned and operated dealership for over 100 years. The only way that we have been able to be successful is through repeat and referral business and for that we thank you.

I don't write reviews often, but when I do it's because the service I received was so exceptional that everyone needs to know, especially if they are looking for a car. By way of background, my wife and I have driven Honda's since 1997. My lease was ending and, although I intended to go with another Honda, I took the opportunity to consider other brands. WORST CAR EXPERIENCE EVER!! Read this review and you'll agree. My wife and I are not new to the car buying experience. She has bought 5 cars over her life, I've bought 1, and we saw a specific vehicle online that we were interested in. It was a 2005 Honda Civic hybrid (this story took place 2 years ago). Your service sucks and try to scam my warranty on my car. I dropped off car three times and the problem has not fixed yet. Jim Craig the service adviser thinks he knows better than the owner/driver of the car. Dual button installed in Avalon is an option? Really? Dual button only should work for the driver and does not include the passenger - the technician told me. So what is cabin filter has something to do with the heat and rodents issue? You replaced my battery and the heat/temperature of my car stopped working normally.... read more

Thier website advertises toyota rentals. I try to send request and never get anything back. I try using the "text them now" site feature and never hear back. I call and get hold music or abruptly goes to answering service. I call the main line and the receptionist sounds confused about if they have a rental office. When the receptionist does transfer me it goes to voice mail and no one ever calls back. Not a good way to start a relationship with customers. I guess my money will will be going elsewhere.
