We are one of the most historic dealerships of all makes in the U.S. Originally founded in 1912 by Sig Follestad, we began to grow as more and more roads were paved. Sig came from Norway and earned his citizenship by joining the U.S. Navy and serving four years on sailing and steam warships. Rodland Toyota has been a family owned and operated dealership for over 100 years. The only way that we have been able to be successful is through repeat and referral business and for that we thank you.

I have been bringing my Sienna here since we bought it for all of its service/oil changes. The woman that works the coffee counter is always fantastic and I have always felt well pampered while waiting for my van. However, I noticed oil in my garage floor after my recent oil change and so my husband brought it in to see what the problem might be. Apparently during my oil change they overfilled the oil. RecommendedRodland Toyota is doing service on my car today. I called them earlier this week and they set me up with service and courtesy car. When I got there I thought I had all the info for the courtesy car. Couldn't find my insurance card. Anastasia at the rental center was patient, professional, and very helpful. She helped me out and in a few minutes I was in a 2016 Corolla S. I used to buy all my cars at Rodland Toyota, I don't remember why I stopped, but I will definitely remember why I will start again. Steve H in the service dept and Cooper in the shop are great. Had some issues with my car and they took good care of me. Thank you so much for the rental so I could get back and forth to work.
My thanks to Jim Craig of Rodland Toyota for always making sure my Highlander is in excellent condition. After every routine service, he lets me know that everything is in good condition. The waiting area is extremely pleasant and complete with a friendly hostess who provides coffee and treats to those of us who are waiting. I have always received the best possible customer service and will never go anywhere else.
Came here once previously to get an extra set of keys made for my new (to me) Tacoma. Recently started having transmission issues and brought it in Monday morning to get checked out. Was given a loaner car for the time being (I dislike driving cars and always been in a truck/SUV). The process from driving into the shop to leaving took me 15 minutes and I was on the way to work. Staff is friendly and informal. Awaiting news on the Tacoma and its transmission issue so will see what happens over the course of the next few days
