We were lied to by one of the men in the finance department and it cost us $895. My husband and I recently bought a car from Rodland Toyota. The man who sold us the car found us a loan with a high apr and other requirements. When we got to the finance department to sign the paperwork and make the down payment, the man who was helping us, Jeff, told us that he had found us a much better deal with a lower apr and everything and the bank's only stipulation was that we purchase gap insurance. Brought my 4runner for my 20k Service and the careless techs damaged my driver door by chipping the paint. Scheduled it to repair and they made it worse by putting a dent into the panel. Now the panel was to damaged to have PDR done so the body shop they took it to used filler on my new car. Picked my car up today and now they damaged my brand new rims I put on last week that took me 4 months to receive from SCS due to it being back ordered. Just purchased my new lifted 4Runner from here last week, everyone was super nice, professional and straight forward. I worked with Jesse, he was by far the best car salesman I’ve worked with in my past 4 car purchases! You guys rock!
Roberta wasn't aggressive, though she did her best to make sure we go what we were looking for. She sold my wife a Highlander in 2016 & me a Rav4in 2017. Before I bought my Rav, I tested the service by having them do the services on my Ford Taurus, which they did well, and without complaint (I did have to bring the parts when they did my brakes-they are Toyota) Since purchase we have our service done at Rodland, of course!
Call the main phone number and said I need to schedule service appointment. I was told I was being transferred to the service department After one minute of ringing I recieved a "Thank You For Holding" message then another full minute of ringing before I gave up. Called Magic Toyota of Lynnwood and they answer the phone right away. I'm going there today for my service.
