I went to Rodland Toyota to purchase my rav4 a week ago. The process went very well but I had trouble understanding what was the dealer’s partner were saying. During the process of purchasing the car, I had to ask him to repeat back to me a several times. Also he was not my original dealer, he was my dealer guy ‘partner’. RecommendedAmazing service. Just bought our new Lexus from Rodland. We drove over from Yakima as they had the SUV we were looking for.(a particular hybrid, more rare styling). The price on the auto was were it ought to be and perfect. Our sales agent was great. And while we waited to complete paperwork, their cafe served us delicious lattes and snacks.
Awesome customer service and great snack and coffee bar while waiting only complaint is the general manager never got back to us
Thank you for finding the perfect Suv for our family and for making the process so easy. Love our new 4runner! You guys are amazing.

Be careful of the sales people they will mislead you about service warranties. If I knew then when I know now my buying decision would have been different. They give car salespersons a bad name. Would never purchase a car from them again. Shaddy.
