I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OF ROD BAKER FORD SINCE 1996 WHEN I BOUGHT MY FORD EXPLORER SPORT. I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WITH KINDNESS. I HAD AN ISSUE IN 2002 WITH A SALES PERSON BUT WAS CALLED BACK ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED. THEY FIRED THAT SALESPERSON AND THE HEAD SALESPERSON TOLD ME TO ASK FOR HIM WHEN I WAS READY TO PURCHASE A NEW EXPLORER. I DID AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED. ROD BAKER FORD IS THE ONLY PLACE I WILL BUY MY FORD FROM.
I wouldn't recommend going to their service department, they break parts so you come back. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. the dealership is dirty and run-down it needs to be redone.
Had to bring in my vehicle for a recall. They were very flexible on scheduling and it didn’t take long to get the vehicle back. Great job!
