I traveled close to an hour to see my car. The sales and financial dept. were quick to approve me. I took my pre-owned car home that same day. I found it had a minor glitch and the service dept. fixed the problem. Don, Marcus, Joe and Veronica were Awesome! I would travel again for an hour just for the great service!

Marcus is the BEST service writer in the business. He has an understanding for what his customers needs are. He and the other service doesn't over sell, they make honest recommendations and dont surprise you with a over inflated repair bill. rod Baker Ford sold me a extended service plan at the time of my lease. they then refused to honor the plan after four oil changes. my 2017 Ford escape has been a complete lemon. I've had it in for multiple issues that took several visits to resolve. my transmission is still acting up two years into a three year lease of a brand new vehicle. I will never do business with rod Baker or Ford in the future.
The service department was friendly and knowledgeable. The waiting room was clean and they offered free coffee. I was in out quickly for an oil change. I will go back again.
