Took my new F-150 to Rod Baker to have a trailer brake installed. I was told the installation would take about 3 hours. About 2 hours and 45 minutes later, my truck was ready. The truck was neat and clean and the installation looked like it was done at the factory. The personnel I dealt with were friendly and courteous. Overall a great experience.
We have been buying cars from the Baker Family since 1981. We recently bought a new 2019 Escape. We had to track down our salesman Dave Thompson who has moved to Commercial Vehicles, but once he was on the case he was able to locate the New Escape we wanted and figure out the best deal for us.
