Where do I start. If I could give 0 stars I would. I run a business and time plays a major factor. I scheduled an oil change at rod baker for 9 AM on a Friday. Knowing an oil change shouldn’t take any longer than an hour I planned to wait around and schedule my day around that. 9:45 AM rolls around they haven’t even pulled my van in or said a word to me. First time at Rod Baker Ford, to have our Ford Focus serviced. We were thoroughly satisfied with the quick and prompt service received...vehicle was dropped off early morning and within 2 hours it was fixed.
I had been to Tarapelli Ford I had always bought Ford and like how they treated me ,but this last time a lady was helping me they were getting a truck for me and this lady told me to fill the truck up , and that was the last straw.... Would not at all recommend this dealer, they “inspected” a 2014 Camry that i had bought from them but had nothing but problems after i bought it. First the Blend door Actuator was out which was a $1000 fix and then a wheel bearing started to go which was another $350 fix. Not to mention but their customer service is pretty bad also.
Great service department. The did a great job getting me back on the road in no time at all.
