Our truck was in MULTIPLE times for the same issue with the steering. They had it for weeks trying to figure out what was wrong. Five minutes researching online and we figured out what it was and we aren't mechanics! The NOX sensor was replaced in May and failed again in August. Took weeks to get it fixed and we were charged the deductible BOTH times. After speaking to Marcus, they were to credit us one of the deductible charges. STILL not done! Will NOT be going back and will make others aware!
