Had to have our mustang towed in due to loss of keys they had the new keys cut and programmed with in hours of it arriving can’t thank them enough ...PSA remember to always have a spare key will definitely go back to rod baker service when needed thank you again
Joe in the service department lied to us about when our truck would be ready and when we got angry and asked to speak to manager, Chrissy said they were not affiliated with Ford and that we should come get our truck without the work being done even after they had the truck for 48 hours! Horrible customer service! Don’t go there for anything!

The service center you endorse, quick lane in Plainfield, is a joke. They charged my wife 115$ to get her headlight bulb changed. 17$ of that was the bulb, THE OTHER $95 was labor! ? Are you kidding me! ? We will never go back there again. Or buy a car from your dealership. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family in the area about this and make sure they never support either business!
The technician did a great job and was very fast when changing my wife's tires. The service manager, Marcus Larson, walked me through the whole process and made sure I was taken care of.
Truly, they are the best with their Service Department..... I will go to them for any problem I have. I have a 2003 diesel Excursion.... which I LOVE... and go to Marcus and the rest of the gang to let me know what I should do. I am so appreciative of them...more than they will probably ever know....
I trade my Ford Focuses in every couple of years. Don was a great salesman and Adam always gets me the best deals to satisfy my financial needs. Rod Baker is the only place I will buy my new car.
We had a great experience at Rod Baker and will consider using them again when deciding on our next car purchase. Just recently had our oil changed at Quicklane's Plainfield Location. We had a great experience there as well and the staff was really friendly.
