The service personnel were very courteous. I am a little disappointed in the fact that my Sync2 system in my 2015 Explorer does not work like the system in my 2014 Fusion. You would think that they would be the same but there are a number of features that my Fusion had that the Explorer does not have. In addition, I mentioned to the service writer that I didn't know when the last oil change was as I got this vehicle back from my ex. I said that I should probably get an oil change.
