Scheduled same day Sat service to have a 2010 Mustang rekeyed. Not only did they help me find a great towing service they worked with me when the tow ran slightly late and still was able to get the car fixed same day. Marcus and their crew were polite and professional and did great work with rekeying the car.

Marcus. . Ty for making my experience with rod baker ford a pleasant one. Service guy is rude. You don't tell a costumer to "listen to me" in a stern voice. I am not your child. I don't understand why You are going to charge be 130 to take apart and assess and put back together. order part if need be. Then you will charge me 130 to take apart again. Y not take part and keep the car till you get part instead of making me come back twice and charging me twice.
