My appointment with Jared Salyards went great. The staffing was friendly i was seen quickly and all of my questions was answer very well. Great Medical Facilties.
Poor response time for sending request for prescriptions, especially when patient is out of meds. Can take up to 48 hours. Should not take 48 hours.
Dr. Robert Bala was our family doctor for about 15 years in Bartow, FL. Very compassionate and caring doctor. We even opted to use him as our children's doctor in lieu of a pediatrician. Very missed member of our community, very involved in ministry inside and outside the USA.
Saw Dr. Jennifer Hart today. Checked in quickly, met by nurse with a warm smile, and out in less than an hour with good report. Dr. Hart is a common sense physician with an easygoing personality. I highly recommend her!
Poor patient care from Dr. Bala, his nurse Candace who was extremely rude and unethical, and their office manager Angela who didn't address the issues. She even stated that she couldnt believe Candace refuaed to talk to me because that didnt sound like her. Also when I explained I would need would need to cancel my next checkup and I would have my records requested her response was a sarcastic "God Bless You" This post probably won't stay here long but don't settle for poor medical care. Look a different doctor and facility.
My husband & I were patients of Dr Bala here in Bartow, Fl. He is a great physician. You have gained a very caring & profecient physician. Words cannot express our gratitude for all his care & expertise. Our daughter will be seeing Dr Bala as a patient. I know she also will appreciate his care. Our loss...your gain.
