Once you are there, the staff is fantastic. Scheduling an appointment, however, is not a pleasant experience. I was told one time on the phone, then it showed up as a time I had specifically asked to avoid. I called to reschedule, again asking to avoid a specific time, only to be offered an appointment in the time frame I asked to avoid. I have to wait another entire month to see the provider. It's really starting to not be worth it.
Where do I begin? Everything!! Friendly check in. I have actually witnessed one lady coming around to hug an elderly patient. Such an incredible thing to witness. My labs are always quick and painless. Dr Abel is always great. Check out is always quick and friendly. There have been times of waiting but that is probably due to the popularity of this place. It's worth the occasional wait.
Still waiting for my orthopedic referral for injection...😔

Great place to work and the medical care is awesome.
Make sure you have your copay available or you will not be seen. No matter how sick you are. Flu deaths are up in Nc but sent people to er instead
