The er there sent me home with sepsis.... have very little faith in Rochester general at this point. I am a dialysis patient and my care from pre kidney failure to after kidney Failure has gone down hill.
as a family member of a patient this week and being in a wheelchair myself, I can truthfully say that it was very nice at RGH. All the staff we dealt with were helpful and pleasant. We had pleasant experiences with other families who were also visiting. If they can improve on anything it would be the cafeteria food, and maybe the somewhat confusing layout of the hospital itself. I think we finally got used to it by the time our family member was discharged. Thank you RGH for making a tough week a little easier.
Rochester has plenty of rude people down to the so called doctors especially in ER so many hood and unprofessional employees, they keep you waiting for so long for absolutely no reason, used to be professional and nice but they have gone completely down hill and I’m switching doctors because of it! I noticed a big difference because I been goin here since I was a kid
