I picked up a passenger today and the valet cursed at me and stood in front of my car because I honked at the car in front because they were blocking a fire lane. The attendant aggressively stood in front of my vehicle so I had to drive around him and then ran behind my car in the driveway and started cursing at me. Everyone who assisted me so was nice and caring! Even though I was in and out of hospital/surgery in one day, they definitely made everything a lot easier!
Went to the ER yesterday with a friend. She was taken care of promptly and the nurses, PA ( Patricia) were very attentive and kind. While l was there l was offered coffee, water and juice several times. She had to have several things done and with as many people in the ER we were out in less than 4 hrs. I also was a patient at R.G. in 2012 and received awesome care as well. Thank you everyone you do a great job!!!
The PA today was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional!!
