Absolutely abhorrent treatment in the ER. They are why there's an opiod crisis. ER Staff? Burn it down and start over. Went in May 20. Back ended up being 2 slipped discs and a herniated one from an accident. But when I came in, no touching, inspecting... just here's pain pills, get out. 30 SECONDS after I took the pills, a guy was trying to usher me out and when I yelled in pain because he was grabbing me, trying to get me up, he actually got SECURITY!! TRASH TRASH AND MORE TRASH! Why did I just see a mouse in the hospital!!! Then one of your staff members said that you used to have many of them! WHAT?!? I already HATED this hospital for the HORRIBLE service but now you have NASTY mice!
This place should be closed down for negligence
one of the best cardiac surgery places to be. a year ago dr.kershner performed open heart surgery on me and he did an exceptional job and if not for him and his team ,and the wonderful nursing staff , I probably wouldn't be typing this today , oh did I mention 2 trips to the 4400 unit and one to the 5200 unit to save me and live on to see my grandkids grow up. thank you so much for all you do ,you are all outstanding.

Quit treating patients and their families like we are below them. I am still awaiting answers from Dr. Gargano. Apparently we are only allowed one meeting with someone. After that we are IGNORED.
