I had an 8 day stay after a colectomy surgery. I had a very nice private room and the best care. The well trained staff were wonderful from the nurses to the patient care technicians to the cleaning and kitchen staff. Thanks to all of them.
I just wanted to say thank you to my Labor and Delivery Nurses for making my delivery on January 17th 2018 such an amazing and memorable experience! I've never been more pleased with every single staff member I've had at a hospital before until I've been here. All of the nurses I saw were very helpful and very attentive and caring.
I had a recent long 10 day stay with my 7 week old. We stayed on the 7th floor in the pediatric side. We had a great experience with the nurses. All of them were very kind. I was a mess knowing my son was ill and so young,i was scared. 2 nurses really should be acknowledged for their amazing skill,compassion,knowledge and being a ear to talk to during a time of fear. The only reason I go here is because my doctors office is through them , however with that said , this is the worst hospital in Rochester as far as emergency departments are concerned . The entire staff from the check in to the doctors are incapable of compassion and kindness . And to go in for something and only get treated for one of your symptoms and then told that they are simply to busy to actually check you out is unacceptable .
RGH is the very BEST!! I've had multiple stays there and they never cease to amaze me with the quality of care, professionalism, and total commitment to my health. From the bottom of my healing heart, I thank you all.
