In 1922, Giovanni and Virginia Biale left the town of Savona in Genoa, Italy with their three young sons, Giacomo, Mario and Rudolfo to make a new life in America. With help from a cousin, they made their way to San Francisco and settled in the Italian section of Potrero Hill. Made a phone order after a ong day of wrk and even longer commute. Bummed to find out they were out of the meat lasagna and they randomly substituted vegetable cannaloni and told me they substituted a like meat dish... not my favorite; wish they had tod me they were out of MEAT lasagna when I placed my order!

Apologies. ..in think the staff member who answered the phone wasn't aware that we were out of lasagna. ..we substituted cannelloni, which is not vegetarian, and is extremely similar to lasagna. Again were sorry for the mishap..of you call the restaurant, we will either credit you or offer you a free entree on next visit...
This place is awesome great for a nice family dinner. I went for my Birthday serve was great!!!
What a great experience. The pizza is fantastic and the service the same. We came from Hayward and it was worth the drive. Great atmosphere and woderful food. Highly Recommended!
The food is good and plenty, but the service has a lot to be desired.

The food was great, but the service not so much. After we were just about done the waitress brought the last dish that was a single order hour one person. Her response to our disappointment was "I've been really busy". At least she took the cost of the dish of the tab.
Always great food, love their seafood ravioli the most
