In 1922, Giovanni and Virginia Biale left the town of Savona in Genoa, Italy with their three young sons, Giacomo, Mario and Rudolfo to make a new life in America. With help from a cousin, they made their way to San Francisco and settled in the Italian section of Potrero Hill. Love Love Love Rocco's I recomend a try, it will be very hard to eat any other pizza once you eat there's OH and the salad YUMMY perfect for 2 and the price of everything is very reasonable ♥
I have been going here for years. Great pizza, great service and great atmosphere. Sometimes a little loud in the bar, but a lot of fun and a great place to eat and hang out.
Rocco's is the best pizzeria in East County! The pizza is handmade, fresh and hot! Their pastas are fantastic, too, and I swear the garlic bread is the beyond the bomb! Great bar with a good chianti, cool microbears and anything else you want to wet your whistle with. Their food, service and hospitality cannot be beat!
We had our meeting there, the service was great for our large group. The food was wonderful and the priced are reasonable.
We go see our friend Sin Silver play piano and sing. Great atmosphere, good food, good drinks.
