Roberts Toyota is awesome , they try to get you in and out as quickly as possible and the staff are really nice . I appreciate everything they do
The customer service that I received from Tasha was super nice! And really sweet! She gave me a courtesy ride when I had to drop off my truck for an oil change. However, the Customer service that I received from the service dept. when I dropped my truck was less than friendly! Maybe it's work stress but they need to treat their customers a bit nicer or they will lose customers! They need to take lessons from Tasha!

Our sales person, Wayne was fantastic. However the management would not stand behind their product and now refuses to answer phone calls. We bought a used 2012 Toyota Sienna almost two months ago and they have put four different aftermarket windshields in my car. All of them have had ridiculous distortion. When I finally requested a Toyota windshield be put in my Toyota van that I bought from a Toyota dealership the management declined and now will not answer any of my phone calls. Had nothing but a great experience with salesman Jon V to purchase our 2017 Highlander! He was very professional, helpful, and accommodating by email before I ever came in to the business. I am a big fan of quick and helpful email communication. He was ready and waiting for me when I got there and had the vehicle I was interested in ready to drive too. Jon did everything that a salesperson should and I will recommend him to anyone.
