Poor communication and poor customer service! Made an appointment yday to get my car detailed today was told it would take 5 hrs and with me living out of town I had to make arrangements for someone to pick me. We waited almost six hour never got a call so we called to check in to see if they were through only to find out they never even touched my car and didn’t have the decency to call and say the person had to leave so thank you for wasting my day! We bought a Sienna and was very happy with the experience. Mike Bullock was a great salesman. He didn't pressure us and worked with the finance manager to get us the payment we wanted. They gave us a new car to drive while or was getting detailed and serviced. I feel confident knowing our 2016 has a lifetime powertrain waranty. I will definately buy here again if we need a new car.

Just bought my first Toyota from this dealership. It was a late purchase so I didn’t get the detail so I came back and they put me in the same car to go run my errands until they were done. Jeff was my salesman and he was awesome! Highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I left thinking I got a great deal and never stressed through the paperwork. I was in there on Friday for a 10,000 mile oil change and the people decide to go through my glove box and steal money from me !! Will be calling Monday to corporate not that they probably will do anu thing but I will make sure to let everyone know not to go there!!
