$200 in labor charges for an hour of work. 2 failed attempts to fix a switch. Rude service people,some not all. If you want more details just message me. Watch for the generic response below. I've already talked to the service manager who offered a free oil change in replace of almost $200 in unnecessary charges. You got your $200 and that will be the last time you get from us. After coming in for a 30k mile oil change, maintenance, thinking it was $165 (which I thought was ridiculous) ended up being $352 because apparently I agreed to an extensive maintenance plan on which I thought I was agreeing to a breakdown of the $165 I had no clue he was adding the number. I even said after agreeing that I had $165 coupon and he never said, ma'am the services you agreed to are gonna be around 350. If Toyota are this costly to maintain who could afford them?
