Poor customer service was awful to a long time patron! I needed a costly repair (according to them) that would take a couple of days for me being without my vehicle! I purchased my last vehicle there (a 2007 Toyota Avalon) in 2010! They had been servicing my car every since then! I asked for a courtesy car, Cachi Roberts said they don't do that any more; they would rent me one! I told her thank you and haven't been back since!

Great buying experience. No high pressure selling. Salesman, Richard, even suggested ways for us to save money while still getting the vehicle specifications we wanted. The finance manager, Mike, found us great deals that stayed on track with our budget. Altogether a great buying experience compared to the local dealership we've used in the past.

Terrible business practices. I have never been a customer of Roberts Toyota. And yet unsolicited they start contacting ( harassing ) me trying to purchase my vehicle that is not for sale. Terrible business practices.
