Almost two weeks ago, I began searching for a new Toyota Camry. All total, I had conversations with five different dealerships in middle Tennessee. Only one went out of their way to offer me excellent customer service, a great deal, and the best car buying experience I've ever had: Roberts Toyota. I went to get my first oil change on 12/31/2014. What a great service department! They were backed up with 15 cars in line. They still finished my oil change in 2 hours. Top notch employees who were kind, efficient and helpful! The showroom is clean and sharp looking with lots of accommodations to pass the time. My Solara will be back in the future! Thanks Roberts Toyota and keep up the great service!
