Our policy is that we hold vehicles with a $500 non-refundable deposit. I'm sorry if you were told otherwise.
Why would a business, promises something and not deliver?- simple, to get people in the door. To top it off, Instead of making it right and offering a similar vehicle to my friend for the same price, they offer a more expensive vehicle. Don't make promises you cant keep. I don't plan on visiting this dealership.
You would think if you had on your website "make an offer" means price is negotiable, right? No sir make an offer on a car there that you wanna buy and you get attitude. I didn't even make a ridiculous offer either we got attitude the moment we made the offer and was told "go" with a pissy attitude like I was being disrespectful when making a reasonable offer on a "used" car and being as nice as possible even in the face of an ass. So glad I did not buy my car from this Toyota dealership. They did not know anything about their warranty products and basically told me I was conned by Toyota of Cool Springs( who has been nothing but awesome) and I had no warranty covering my tires. WRONG!!! Then all of a sudden all the service people were gone , he couldn't fix it , and I had to go to Firestone to pay out of pocket to get it fixed when all along it was covered. Terrible customer service! Go to Cool springs!
