Amazing people. Helped me find a car I love in my price range.
I drove here from washougal since dick Hannah dodge didn't order the part for my car like they were suppose to. I get here since they had it in stock I pay more than in Vancouver and then they didn't even fix the correct part. Super frustrated with the process
We had previously gone to another car dealership and been shown cars completely out of our price range and being pushed to buy a more expensive car we decided to check out Roberson Motors. We were greeted and delt with immediately, we told the salesman our price range and he showed us amazing cars all within our budget. They were friendly, accommodating, and reasonably priced. We would definately buy another car from them.
I went in with some apprehension as I had not been to this dealer before. After finding they had the car I wanted online, I emailed I would be in for a test drive. The emailed back quickly and had the car pulled up and ready to view and drive when I got there. I loved the car, and most of all, I loved the service with no pressure! I had my financing lined up and they never pushed me into another option. I wrote a check then for the down payment after their best offer was satisfactory to me. Terrible service. They stick it to the customer! Had a warranty problem and they didn't have a rental so they sent me to Enterprise then stuck me with the bill. Horrible way to treat a customer.
They were amazing very helpful and fixed my Honda CRV back to New condition
I would not recommend going here for anything! A scratch, a battery, a free oil change, a free $100 bill, warranty work, and heaven forbid you purchase anything from this dealership and/or finance your vehicle through this dealership! I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them about 2 months ago. Not only was the process AGONIZING due to me lucking out and getting the new guy but the unprofessionalism displayed by nearly every single employee there is just unreal!
