We have been dealing with Roberson Motors for over 20 yrs. The service dept. as well as the other personnel through the yrs. have been above fair to me. We have purchased 4 cars and have been very satisfied all around
Our salesman was Mark Whittington, and he made the car buying experience fun and easy. The rest of the staff was pleasant and very helpful as well. I could definitely see myself returning to Roberson’s for any future Jeep purchases of mine.
Everyone’s nice and James was my seller, super friendly and made sure I was comfortable.
Not happy with them at all. I bought a lemon from them I’m sure it was not their fault but. I also bought an oil change package good for a year. I bought it not the car. I traded in the garbage car at another dealer that had a better deal. When I went to get an oil change the said it was only good for the Jeep. Because I did not buy my next car there. I have bought three cars there but if they are that cheap as to not honor a $100 purchase that tells me a lot about their dealership.
My family just purchased our sixth vehicle from the Roberson's. Such awesome people and a great store. My wife is next up for a new car, and it will be from Roberson Motors!
I bought my 2017 Jeep Patriot at the end on June, wonderful car absolutely love it. The sales team made sure I got it at just the right price point and argued with the bank for hours to get it where I could afford it. Two weeks ago my car started acting very funny and I took it in, found out I needed a new battery. The service department took wonderful care of me, let me drive a Jeep Wrangler for Almost 2 weeks while they fixed up my patriot.
