Josh Moyer is awesome! Unfortunately for him, Josh is always the one who has to take care of us when we turn our leased vehicle in every 3 Years and have to painstakingly choose a new one. Josh is always soo patient with all of our questions, texts, emails until Finally we end up with just what we wanted! Thank you Josh!

Purchased a 2015 Jeep trail hawk. It’s currently at Roberson’s shop for the 6th time, for the same issue. Issues started at 10k miles. Vehicles crash mitigation system falsely activating with nothing in front of the vehicle, resulting in Jeep brake unnecessarily. Camera replaced and issues still persists. I feel jerked around and taken advantage of. All Roberson wants to do is sell me another car.
Working with John Freeman was a refreshing experience. He was very clear and upfront, we felt he (and the dealership in general) treated us VERY well. He answered all our queations, did not rush us, wasn't pushy at all, and knew when to just give us a little space. The whole experience was far and away better than the other dealerships we visited. Wish we had started here!! We found the best deal out of all our online and "real life" searching. The dealership also had very good warrantees available for purchase-a nice plus.
