I was given a loaner car by Roberson that had a lot of mold in it. I brought it back when I realized what the smell was. I was told to wait in the waiting area because my car was ready. I have now been in the waiting area over 30 minutes waiting on my car that is ready. Overall,my experience buying my new car has been long and frustrating. I have attached a picture of the mold on the seatbelt. Total time waiting for my car that was done was 50 minutes.
I brought my Jeep in for water leaks 3 times and you guys can’t seem to know how to fix it. Now I have mold all over my Jeep.

I absolutely loved my experience at Roberson. I worked with Scott Cole and I highly recommend him! He was straight up, honest and fun to work with. I honestly felt like he was trying to help me and get me into something that worked for me. If you’re looking for a new vehicle you should definitely check with Scott first! Left with a new Jeep and couldn’t be happier.
I switched to withnell in Salem I would definitely recommend them. These people are liars and scammers they lied to the financial company saying me and my so signer made more then we actually did. There was a nail it the tire they didn’t tell me about and the car had transmission problems as well as the gas cap not staying put. After 9 days of having the car I turned in the keys. Would never recommend this place to anyone.
We bought a Jeep with the help of April Bowling this week. This was by far the best experience we have had purchasing a vehicle. April went above and beyond in helping us find the exact vehicle we needed for our family's needs.
