I would not recommend going here for anything! A scratch, a battery, a free oil change, a free $100 bill, warranty work, and heaven forbid you purchase anything from this dealership and/or finance your vehicle through this dealership! I purchased a 2015 Jeep Wrangler from them about 2 months ago. Not only was the process AGONIZING due to me lucking out and getting the new guy but the unprofessionalism displayed by nearly every single employee there is just unreal! I have been in customer service for over 35 years and have worked for several establishments. I can honestly say that the Roberson family stresses very firmly to do what is right and best for the customer. This company is focused on this more than any other company that I have worked for. I just purchased a used car from Roberson Motors on May 1of this year. It was purchased "as is" so if anything went wrong, it would be my problem. Sure enough, a few short weeks later I found out that I had a cracked wheel and that it couldn't be repaired. I called to see if they could help me. Big expense. They tried for about 6 weeks to find a matching used wheel but no luck. On this past Thursday, I got a call telling me that the sales manager, Josh, had ordered a new one. I just asked how much? They could use some work on communicating with the customer
The customer service is beyond extraordinary. They always seem to get me for in for appointments. Even at last minute notice. The servicemen have the best customer service. I always know I'll leave happy. The shuttle man is great! Always on time and never a long wait. Highly recommend everyone to this dealer for servicing!
They treat me with a great deal of respect. They know my name and my car. And my salesman, years after selling me my car, still comes to shake my hand and say hello.
