Bought a brand new Jeep Renegade and have had nothing but issues. Had it towed to the dealership today because it broke down in the middle of traffic. we came in with 10,000.00 cash, interested in purchasing one particular car on your lot right next to Costco. Mark Whittington was the rep we worked with. Not only did it take over 3 hours to complete the sale (that was all in cash) but when he placed a follow-up call to me, I had a question regarding a coolant leak, he did not have the answer and said he'd get back to me, he never did.
