Husband and I brought his 2019 Subaru cross trek in for servicing today. We were told it would be 1.5-2 hrs (from our appointment time of 1130) so we burred to do some shopping and get some food. At 1430, we got back and the vehicle was still not serviced or moved. For a simple oil change and tire rotation. Not to mention how crappy we were treated a year ago when we bought the vehicle. This place is such a joke. I highly recommend going to a local garage instead of the dealership. Why even have a schedule for appointments?
I bought my 2018 traverse 17 days ago today signed contracted and told everything was good walked out after we traded our 2015 Chevy Silverado got a call saying oh we need the truck back we don’t have the deal done excuse me I signed a contract so yes the deal was done then the bank is saying the deal is approved so much disorganization at this dealership every person has a different story on what happens then Oh if you want to keep the vehicle we can rework the deal and you have to put money down and you can keep it no than... read more

Worst experience ever had the vehicle over two weeks then got told we had to bring it back because the bank hasn’t approved We had a 2015 Silverado we traded in as well but yet we signed a contract with them and was told we were approved let us drive off and keep the vehicle for 2 weeks and call to say they need the vehicle back after we had been approved for the loan these are the most shadiest people never and I mean never buy a vehicle from them
Came in to buy a car with my pregnant fiancé, was treated like a 2nd rate customer the entire time. From giving us a dirty truck with trash and gummy bears all over, not filling the gas tank, not providing floor mats or applying the poly seal after it was purchased to leaving us intermittently for 4 hours during the purchase process and taking over an hour and a half to get a rental car ready for us to get body worked done. Will not be recommending anybody buy from here.
